Among our main production means, we rely on the 24 8-to-350 tons injection molding machines. Some of them have 2 injection units, permitting working in monomaterial or biomaterial and with vertical injection. All the machines have peripheral units to make the process of fabrication easier and more optimum.

Our tool maintenance workshop counts on the necessary instruments and machinery when repairs are necessary and to adjust our tools (electrical discharge machiming (EDM), milling machine, grinding machine, lathe, drills…)

Our quality department has its own machines and elements to make sure of the quality in all the phases of the process.

Some external workshops collaborate with MAINPLAS S.L. in the design and making of the tools.

The MAINPLAS S.L. plant has an area of more than 2000m2.
